[flutter] tabar&tabbar view 스와이프 제한하기

tabbar를 구현했을 때 스와이프로 카테고리 이동을 못하게 하고 싶을 때가 있다. 그럴 때는 아래와 같이 'physics: NeverScrollableScrollPhysics(),' 부분을 추가해주면 된다.

        physics: NeverScrollableScrollPhysics(),
        controller: tabcontroler,
        children: <Widget>[
          Container(color: Colors.red),
          Container(color: Colors.green),
          Container(color: Colors.blue),
        ],
